We strive at Blue Moon Bistro to use the freshest, Carteret County and Beaufort, NC grown produce as we possibly can. Chef Josh & Chef Jayson have a years’ long relationship with many of the vendors, giving them a bounty from which to choose. The following vendors make us look good, and your food taste better.
